Biochem/physiol Actions

依布硒(Ebselen)是一种谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶类似物，具有抗炎活性。它还具有抗动脉粥样硬化效用。依布硒对多重耐药金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)感染具有抗菌性，可作为治疗MRSA引发的皮肤感染的潜力药物。它可作为神经保护剂，并在炎症相关的癌变中具有化学预防功效。
