General description
ERGIC(ER-高尔基体中间室)与I型膜标记蛋白ERGIC-53有关，其大鼠同源物称为(p58)。 ERGIC 是一种动态膜系统，由靠近 ER 出口位点的管状囊泡簇组成，有助于蛋白质从 ER 转运至高尔基体。抗ERGIC-53/(p58)抗体可用作一抗（1：125稀释），适用于荧光显微镜。它还可用于蛋白印迹分析。兔抗 ERGIC-53/ (p58) 抗体与大鼠、小鼠和人的 ERGIC-53/ (p58) 发生特异性反应。
Immunogen
对应于大鼠p58的氨基酸158-170的合成肽，N-末端添加半胱氨酸，与KLH偶联。与小鼠和人的相应序列相同。
