驴血清从正常的供体群中收集得到。正常驴血清可作为免疫分析的封闭剂和对照使用。作为封闭剂适合免疫组化和免疫细胞化学等各种研究,适用范围5%-20%。
应用
驴血清已用于:
- 作为免疫荧光封闭缓冲液组分
- 溶于磷酸缓冲盐(PBS)作为封闭剂使用
- 作为冷冻免疫细胞化学和免疫组织化学的封闭剂
- 防止小清蛋白免疫组化中的非特异性结合
