人D-二聚体蛋白是血栓形成事件的指标。该蛋白是已被因子XIII稳定的纤维蛋白网的降解片段。该因子将E元素交联至两个D元素。因此，这种交联是血栓生成的最后一步。

应用

人D-二聚体蛋白是在医学实验室进行的血液检查，用于诊断血栓形成。人D-二聚体阴性结果可排除血栓形成，而阳性检测结果可提示血栓形成或其他潜在的潜在健康问题。D-二聚体的存在可提示深部静脉血栓形成（深静脉血栓形成）或肺源性栓塞（PE）的存在。

外形

以液体形式提供的人D-二聚体蛋白，其由0.05 M钠磷酸盐（pH值7.5）、0.15 M氯化钠和0.09%叠氮化钠组成。
