生化/生理作用

溴氰菊酯是一种 Ⅱ 类型半合成除虫菊酯,其作为钙调磷酸酶(蛋白磷酸酶 2B)的强效抑制剂,IC 50 约为 100 pM。这种抑制作用通过引起非突变钙通道长时间保持开放,允许大量 Ca2+ 进入细胞内,从而导致细胞过度兴奋。一些钠通道突变显示如非洲爪蟾卵母细胞的 L993F 突变,显示出对溴氰菊酯的敏感性降低。
