Biochem/physiol Actions

B细胞对过敏原应答，发生类别转换重组而生成IgE。肥大细胞通过响应过敏原而大量产生IgE，特别是在哮喘和过敏性鼻炎中。IgE可调节肥大细胞的体内平衡，并在食物过敏中上调。IgE与类风湿性关节炎和系统性红斑狼疮等自身免疫疾病的发病机理有关。IgE水平受到14号染色体上其他基因的调节，尤其是哮喘患者。信号转导和转录激活因子3（STAT3）突变的患者分泌高水平IgE，称为高免疫球蛋白E综合征（HIES）。

General description

二硝基苯（DNP）是一种半抗原，通常用于免疫测定中标记一抗或二抗。因此，DNP抗体是用于检测和分析目标分子的实用工具。抗DNP单克隆抗体对DNP具有特异性。
IgE基因在人类染色体14上编码。IgE是循环血中含量最少的抗体，但对于引发过敏原导致的超敏反应至关重要。

Preparation Note

若需连续使用，本品可在2-8°C下保存最长一个月。若需延长储存时间，可将溶液分装并在-20°C下冷冻。不建议反复冻融或存放在“无霜”冰柜中。如果长期储存时出现轻微浑浊，请在使用前通过离心澄清溶液。若工作稀释样品在12小时内未使用完，则应丢弃。
