General description

Immunogen

对应于大鼠多巴胺转运蛋白氨基酸42-59的合成肽，其与KLH共轭。该序列在小鼠DAT（单个氨基酸取代）中高度保守，与人DAT的同源性较低（72％相同）。

Application

Biochem/physiol Actions

DAT调节多巴胺能神经传输（dopaminergic-neurotransmission）。它位于突触前神经末梢，并介导突触中多巴胺的再摄取，因此终止神经递质信号传递。它是神经毒素（如MPTP）、药物滥用、可卡因和安非他明作用的主要位点。它与多种多巴胺相关疾病有关，包括注意力缺陷多动障碍（ADHD）、双相情感障碍、临床抑郁症和酒精中毒。在帕金森病中，DAT在黑质纹状体多巴胺能神经元的选择性易损性（selective vulnerability）中起一定作用，因为它可以运输多巴胺神经毒素。
