一般描述
杜氏改良Eagle培养基(DMEM)是对Eagle基础培养基 (BME)的改良,含有四倍浓度的氨基酸和维生素以及其他补充组分。据报告首个原始DME配方已用于培养含有1,000 mg/L葡萄糖的胚胎小鼠细胞。4,500 mg/L葡萄糖的修饰对培养某些类型的细胞效果最佳。已证明DME可提高培养基的稳定性。
