Application

Biochem/physiol Actions

DNaseⅠ 是一种核酸内切酶，作用于嘧啶附近的磷酸二酯键，产生末端为 5′ 的多核苷酸-磷酸盐。最适 pH 值介于 7 和 8 之间。二价阳离子如 Mn2+, Ca2+, Co2+和 Zn2+ 的浓度可稳定酶抵抗蛋白水解消化。浓度为5mM的 Ca 2+可稳定酶对蛋白水解的消化作用。已知 2-巯基乙醇、螯合剂、十二烷基硫酸钠 (SDS) 和肌动蛋白 可抑制酶活性。

Preparation Note

不使用任何动物细胞或动物源性材料生产。
