生化/生理作用

细胞因子信号传导(SOCS)蛋白的抑制因子负调节细胞因子受体信号传导。SOCS 系列包括 8 个成员,即 SOCS-1 至 SOCS-7 和 CIS。去氢木香内酯(DHE)是从雪莲和木香中提取的倍半萜内酯。该化合物具有抗真菌和抗分枝杆菌活性,并显示出对 HepG2、OVCAR-3 和 HeLa 细胞系的细胞毒性作用。DHE 不仅可以抑制早期乳腺癌 MCF-7 中的细胞增殖,还可以抑制更晚期 MDA-MB-231 癌细胞中的细胞增殖,而对 H184B5F5/M10 正常乳腺上皮细胞没有明显影响。对乳腺癌细胞增殖的抑制是通过细胞周期阻滞和凋亡发生的。 DHE 通过 SOCS-1 和 SOCS-3 抑制细胞周期进程和细胞死亡。
