Biochem/physiol Actions

哺乳类动物体内的N-乙酰-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶 (NAG) 是一种参与胞内糖脂和糖蛋白降解的溶酶体酶。在人类肾脏、肺和肝脏溶酶体中都已检测到高活性的NAG。血清NAG水平升高与某些癌症有关。
