应用

生化/生理作用

DL-半胱氨酸是蛋白质氨基酸L-半胱氨酸和非蛋白质D-半胱氨酸的外消旋混合物。DL-半胱氨酸用作有机试剂,并用于结晶等过程的比较物理化学分析。
