一般描述

CC/Mount 是一种水性永久性封片剂,具有极高的折射率,应用于染色组织切片时,可永久保存组织标本,且不会出现显色剂褪色。由于 CC/Mount 具有优越的折射率,因此在该介质中包埋的组织看起来像采用有机封片剂包埋的标本。CC/Mount 不需要盖片。但是,如果需要盖片,则可使用有机封片剂进行干式 CC/Mount 的后封固。CC/Mount 允许长期储存使用有机不溶性发色团底物定位的抗原,包括 AEC、DAB、固红、BCIP/NBT、BCIP/INT 和荧光染料(如 FITC 和藻胆蛋白)。CC/Mount 的高 pH 值确保提高荧光强度的稳定性。
