General description

细胞松弛素D是一种细胞渗透性真菌毒素。它破坏肌动蛋白微丝并激活p53依赖性通路，引起细胞周期在G1-S过渡期阻滞。细胞松弛素D抑制平滑肌收缩和胰岛素刺激的、非基础的葡萄糖转运。
细胞松弛素D（CytoD）常用于抑制肌动蛋白动力学，并用于研究其在细胞过程中的作用。通过结合G-肌动蛋白，这种来源于真菌的有机小分子化合物可作为G-肌动蛋白和丝切蛋白之间相互作用的抑制剂。此外，CytoD抑制丝切蛋白和F-肌动蛋白的结合，降低活细胞中肌动蛋白的聚合和解聚速率。

Application

细胞松弛素已用于:
  • 处理H9c2 细胞以研究细胞刚度和F-肌动蛋白细胞骨架的关系
