生化/生理作用

CH-223191是一种强效特异性芳香烃受体(AhR)拮抗剂。它抑制TCDD介导的核转位和AhR的脱氧核糖核酸结合,并抑制TCDD诱导的荧光素酶活性,IC50为30纳米。与其他在高浓度下显示激动剂活性的AhR拮抗剂不同,CH-223191即使在100微摩尔时也不能刺激AhR依赖性转录。它也对AhR有特异性,对雌激素受体没有亲和力,就像其他拮抗剂一样。
