General description
人体CD31 (PECAM-1) 在血小板、内皮细胞、骨髓细胞、B 淋巴细胞和某些 T 淋巴细胞亚群上表达。CD31 (PECAM-1) 在嗜同性和嗜异性细胞间粘附和细胞信号传导活动中起作用。
Immunogen

Biochem/physiol Actions
识别 CD31 (PECAM-1、endoCAM、gpIIa、hec7)、人细胞表面整合膜糖蛋白。该抗体可增加 TGF-β1在 U937 细胞中诱导的同型聚集率，其与血小板的结合在洗涤后增强。
