一般描述

钙离子载体A23187是一种羧酸类抗生素,在体外抗革兰氏阳性菌的活性较弱。它可增加二价离子穿过生物膜的电位,因此起到离子载体的作用。钙离子载体A23187特异性地与二价阳离子形成稳定的2:1复合物,使这些离子可溶于普通有机溶剂。由于钙离子载体A23187通常用于增加完整细胞内的Ca2+水平,它可用作氧化磷酸化的解偶联剂和线粒体腺苷三磷酸酶(ATPase)活性的抑制剂。钙离子载体A23187是弓形虫真核起始因子-2α(eIF2α)磷酸化作用的有效诱导物。此外,它不仅在小鼠淋巴瘤系(S49)7中诱导凋亡;还显示出可以阻断其他系统中的凋亡,例如当白介素3(IL-3)从IL-3依赖性细胞中除去时。钙离子载体A23187广泛用作人卵母细胞的人工辅助激活物。
