应用

制备说明
在 10 mg/mL 冰醋酸中进行溶解度试验，得到澄清溶液，其通常为无色，但外观可能为黄色。据研究报道，它也可溶于 DMSO；微溶于水和短链醇；不溶于乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、乙醚、己烷和石油醚。可在 DMSO 中制备贮备液 (10 mM)，并在-20°C 条件下可稳定数月。也可在 0.1 MHCl 中制备贮备液。由于末端醛发生氧化，稀释溶液 (10-100 μM) 仅可稳定数小时。
