应用

生化/生理作用
葡聚糖包被木炭的使用使得生物体液中胰岛素的免疫测定更加简单和快速。理论上，涂有葡聚糖的木炭会吸附游离激素，留下与载体（或抗体）结合的激素。葡聚糖包被木炭用于从血清中剥离激素，而不是单独使用木炭，因为使用葡聚糖包被木炭减少了蛋白质的损失。
