应用
环己烯四醇 B 环氧化物用作 GBA1抑制剂,在 β-葡萄糖苷酶活性测定中区分酸性 β-葡萄糖苷酶(GBA1)活性和非溶酶体 β-葡萄糖苷酶(GBA2)活性。 还可作为选择性葡萄糖脑苷脂酶(GCase)抑制剂。
生化/生理作用
环己烯四醇 B 环氧化物(CBE)能够不可逆地灭活蔗糖酶-异麦芽糖酶。可用于产生细胞模型和动物模型,研究高雪氏病(GD)和帕金森氏病(PD)。
