应用
甲酚紫乙酸盐已用于脊髓和脑部切片的尼氏染色。还可在神经解剖研究中用于显示细胞核和尼氏体。甲酚紫还可用于性染色质染色、螺杆菌鉴定,以及在诊断应用中作为内窥镜检查的重要染料。
