生化/生理作用
半胱氨酸亚磺酸(CSA),又称3-亚磺丙氨酸,是通过半胱氨酸双加氧酶(CDO)将半胱氨酸中的硫转化为亚磺酸而合成的。CSA是推定的具有神经递质功能的兴奋性氨基酸(EAA)。它还可调节心血管功能。
