General description

Biochem/physiol Actions

CDH11 基因编码一种介导钙依赖性细胞间黏附的 Ⅱ 类型经典钙粘蛋白。
在肿瘤细胞中观察到CDH2基因的更高表达。现已确知它诱导癌细胞的侵袭性和化学抗性。N-钙粘着蛋白的N-糖基化与肿瘤发生过程有关,特别是与乳腺、肾系统和卵巢中的肿瘤发生过程有关。在肾上腺皮质癌中观察到该基因没有表达。
