General description
枸橼酸葡萄糖溶液（ACD）作为抗凝剂和防腐剂，通常用于血液存储。储存在ACD溶液中时，红细胞的理想保质期为21天。ACD溶液中的红细胞利用葡萄糖，再注入时其生存力会受到影响。
Application
枸橼酸葡萄糖溶液（ACD）可将血液稀释，用于血液学研究。在小鼠心脏穿刺和人体骨髓分离的采血过程中，还作为抗凝剂。
仅供研究使用。不用于诊断操作。
