- 测定化脓性链球菌细胞中SpeB（半胱氨酸蛋白酶）的活性

General description
酪蛋白是牛奶中主要的磷酸化蛋白质，约占牛奶总蛋白质含量的80%。牛奶由四类酪蛋白组成，如αS1、αS2、β和κ。酪蛋白以胶束形式存在于牛奶中。
