体外难培养细胞的首选微载体。
微载体培养是一种使贴壁依赖性细胞的高产培养成为可能的实用技术。Cytodex是专门为培养各种动物细胞而开发的,培养量从几毫升到6000多升不等。在简单的悬浮培养系统中使用Cytodex可得到每毫升数百万个细胞的产量。
通过将一层薄薄的变性胶原蛋白与交联葡聚糖基质化学偶联而形成,这是体外难培养细胞的首选微载体,特别是具有上皮样形态的细胞。

Cytodex™3微载体珠适用于:
