应用

  • 作为检测溶液组分,检测人骨肉瘤和人肝癌细胞线粒体中呼吸链复合体III和IV的活性

生化/生理作用

细胞色素C(Cyt C)在caspase依赖性内源性凋亡途径参与激活caspase,通过凋亡启动细胞程序性死亡。具有脂结合活性,与心磷脂的相互作用与超氧化酶活性有关。细胞色素C在细胞色素C血红素裂解酶的帮助下结合血红素 ,释放到线粒体膜间隙中。
