General description

Application

Biochem/physiol Actions
细胞角蛋白是含有角蛋白的中间丝蛋白，在上皮细胞中提供机械支持并发挥其他功能。它存在于上皮组织的胞质内细胞骨架中。上皮组织以稳定的独特模式表达细胞角蛋白亚基。细胞角蛋白和波形蛋白共同参与前成牙本质细胞和前成釉细胞的增殖、迁移和分化。中等大小的细丝在人内皮细胞中大量存在，且多为波形蛋白型。
这是单克隆抗细胞角蛋白抗体的混合物。识别人细胞角蛋白 1,4,5,6,8,10,13,18 和 19。它是一种广谱试剂，可与多种正常、反应性和肿瘤性上皮组织发生特异性反应。抗体混合物与简单、角化和非角化鳞状上皮和假复层上皮细胞反应。不与非上皮正常人体组织反应。蛋白水解处理后观察到染色强度增加（蛋白酶揭盲）。
