General description
C1q与C1r、C1s以1:2:2的比例形成C1复合物，它是经典补体途径的第一组分。C1q由18条多肽链（六个A、六个B、六个C）组成（MW 460 kDa）。它们都含有一个由靠近N-末端的(Gly-Xaa-Yaa)重复序列组成的81-aa胶原样区域。三条链（A1B1C1）形成一个三螺旋，C端形成球状头部，其在结构和功能上可能是不同的结构域。
Application
补体成分C1q是血小板活化的重要调节因子。这一直是一个研究课题，因为血小板白细胞聚集在炎性疾病（如冠心病）中发挥着重要作用。特别是，C1q可抑制胶原蛋白诱导的聚集，提高活性氧（ROS）的产生。
Biochem/physiol Actions
