生化/生理作用

C-反应蛋白 (CRP) 是一种能沉淀肺炎球菌细胞壁中 C-多糖的蛋白质。CRP 被广泛用作炎症状态的临床标志物,因为在炎症反应的急性期,肝细胞产生的 CRP 增加。
C-反应蛋白(CRP)在补体途径、细胞凋亡、吞噬作用、一氧化氮(NO)释放以及白细胞介素 6 和肿瘤坏死因子α的产生中起关键作用。它参与巨噬细胞中低密度脂蛋白的摄取。阑尾炎、胆囊炎、胰腺炎和脑膜炎患者的 CRP 水平升高。它在心血管疾病的病理生理学中起着至关重要的作用。。因此,它被用作感染和心血管事件的标志物。[1]
