生化/生理作用

柠檬酸裂解酶存在于若干微生物中,用于催化柠檬酸盐裂解的第一步,形成草乙酸和乙酸盐。该酶含有 3 个多肽亚基,α-亚基(转移酶)、β-亚基(酰基裂解酶)和 γ-亚基(酰基-载体蛋白)。
