Biochem/physiol Actions
柠檬酸裂解酶存在于若干微生物中，用于催化柠檬酸盐裂解的第一步，形成草乙酸和乙酸盐。该酶含有 3 个多肽亚基，α-亚基（转移酶）、β-亚基（酰基裂解酶）和 γ-亚基（酰基-载体蛋白）。
