EdU(5-乙炔基-2′-脱氧尿苷)是一种胸腺嘧啶核苷类似物,可在DNA合成活跃期掺入到DNA中。与溴脱氧尿苷(BrdU)检测法不同,EdU点击(EdU-Click)检测法不是基于抗体,因此并不需要DNA变性以检测掺入的核苷。EdU点击检测法采用的是点击化学(click chemistry)技术,通过获取各种染料的荧光信号进行检测。此外,简化的检测方案不仅减少总步骤数,而且大幅缩短总用时。这一简单的点击化学检测程序在30分钟内即可完成,兼容的多重检测可提供内容和含义丰富的结果。
