Baseclick EdU In Vivo Kit为全部动物的细胞增殖检测提供了替代BrdU 及[[3H]thymidine检测的出色方法，且未显示出任何的毒性效果。EdU（5-乙炔基-2'.-脱氧尿苷）是一种胸苷核苷类似物，在活性DNA合成期间掺入到DNA之中。与BrdU检测法不同，EdU In Vivo Assay不依赖抗体，因而不需进行DNA变性来检测掺入的核苷。恰恰相反，EdU In Vivo Kit利用点击化学法来检测不同种类的染料荧光示值。此外，该试剂盒的实验方案经过简化，减少了总步骤数同时大幅缩减了总耗时。简单的点击化学法检测步骤可在30分钟内完成，在结果的内容和情境丰富程度方面，堪比多重分析法。这一款体内试剂盒的设计秉承一种理念，即使您可以结合如下三种baseclick EdU细胞增殖试剂盒之中的一种：
