一般描述
苯胺蓝是碱性品红经苯基化和磺化后产生的阴离子染料的传统名称。苯胺蓝由苯基化玫瑰苯胺和副玫瑰苯胺可变混合物的磺化产物组成。它是甲基蓝和水蓝的混合物。染料又称棉蓝、墨蓝。苯胺蓝中的甲基蓝属于三氨基三苯基甲烷染料。
应用
苯胺蓝（也称为棉蓝和墨蓝）是常用多色染色剂的组分。苯胺蓝用于染色组织切片中的胶原纤维，使用Masson三色方案染色多种成分。用这种方法可将胶原染成蓝色，该染料适用于植物标本中胼胝质的选择性染色和组蛋白染色，以评估核成熟度。Heidenhain′s AZAN染色剂和Mallory′s多色染色剂都需要使用苯胺蓝与橙G混合物进行染色。苯胺蓝用于Gomori的一步三色染色剂和Mallory的结缔组织染色剂，适用于肾脏和肠道等组织。
