生物素酰肼是一种生物素化试剂,用于生物素化糖蛋白的糖部分 。生物素酰肼可用于制备生物素标记的藻酸盐 。也可通过碳二亚胺交联与 PAAc 共价连接 。
应用
(+)-生物素酰肼已用于:
- 修饰海藻酸
- 标记非肌肉组织中的线粒体蛋白
- 作为糖蛋白染色液组分
- 黏液素的高碘酸-生物素-酰肼(PABH)检测
- 用于标记表面官能团、生物活性分子(如抗体、凝集素、糖、核酸或含游离羧基或酮基的分子)。
- 通过腙形成的碳水化合物与糖蛋白偶联。
