一般描述
硝基蓝四唑（NBT）与碱性磷酸酶底物5溴-4-氯-3-吲哚基磷酸盐（BCIP）一起用于免疫印迹和免疫组织学染色程序。这些底物系统能够产生不溶的NBT二甲双胍终产物，呈蓝色至紫色并且可以在视觉上观察到。BCIP®/NBT蓝液底物系统是一种专门配制的稳定液体酶底物，针对印迹应用进行了优化，方便省时，一致性高。
