小檗碱氯化物或天然黄18又称5,6-二氢-9,10-二甲氧基苯并（g）-1,3-苯并二氧杂环己烷（5,6-a）喹啉，是一种苄基四异喹啉植物生物碱。小檗碱含有一种季碱，可以小檗碱氯化物的形式在市场上买到。
应用
小檗碱氯化物是一种荧光染色剂，用于染色肥大细胞中的肝素。小檗碱可上调肝癌细胞中Pgp的表达。

生化/生理作用
