Biochem/physiol Actions

五肽胃泌素为人工合成的胃泌素类似物，肽链羧基末端五肽的结构与天然胃泌素一样。可作为胆囊收缩素-2(CCK2)受体/胆囊收缩素-B(CCKB)受体的激动剂。五肽胃泌素可促进胃蛋白酶和胃酸分泌，适合用于胃酸分泌功能检查。五肽胃泌素具有惊恐和焦虑作用，会导致惊恐症(PD)患者的惊恐发作。
