一般描述
生物素酰氨基己酸 3-磺基-N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺酯钠盐是一种水溶性生物素化试剂。可用于信号蛋白的免疫沉淀 。也可用于分析透明质酸合成 。此外,该产品也可用于 ELISA 。这种生物素化试剂对人皮肤成纤维细胞具有特异性 。
应用
加入氨基己酸酯间隔基的水溶性生物素化试剂。这可以降低亲和素与一些生物素化化合物结合的空间位阻。也被用作细胞表面标记试剂。通常在 pH 6.5-8.5 范围内与伯胺偶联。可以用于细胞表面蛋白的生物素化。
