一般描述
碱性磷酸酶是一种金属酶,属于外切核苷酸酶家族。存在于胆管、骨、肠、胎盘和肿瘤中。
应用
在与碱性磷酸酶反应之前,BCIP®试剂为无色至淡蓝色,硝基BT试剂为黄色。在膜型测定中,两组分混合物与碱性磷酸酶形成蓝紫色产物。不建议将该底物用于ELISA分析。
碱性磷酸酶蓝膜底物溶液已用于:
- 分析直接碱性磷酸酶(AP)活性
- 用比色系统进行碱性磷酸酶测定
- 分析诱导多能干细胞(iPSC)系LND554SV.3的直接碱性磷酸酶(AP)活性
