一般描述
ADA是一种可用于生物化学和分子生物学的两性离子缓冲剂。它是在1960′年代开发的Good缓冲液之一,可为广泛的生化研究应用提供6.15 - 8.35的pH缓冲范围。Good及其同事在其开创性的报道中对ADA的合成及物理性质进行了描述。ADA缓冲液在水溶液中的可用范围是6.0 - 7.2。
应用
含氢氧化钠和氯化钠(pH 5.67-7.57,有效pH范围6.4-7.4)的生物缓冲液组分。用于制备固相pH梯度。
