一般描述

应用

生化/生理作用

亲和素由于其高亲和力的配体结合特性而得到生物技术的应用。亲和素通过其碳水化合物链与生物素相互作用在生物技术应用中被广泛利用。[1]在癌细胞中,抗生物素蛋白-生物素系统有助于在肿瘤细胞中的体内定位和药物靶向。[6]
