一般描述
AQP4是一种调节中枢神经系统水流量的渗透压感受器。它在星形胶质细胞中含量丰富,而在肺、肠、眼和肾组织中含量较少。兔抗水通道蛋白4抗体可识别人、小鼠和大鼠中的水通道蛋白4。
免疫原
对应于与GST融合的大鼠AQP4的残基249-323的重组融合蛋白。
应用
兔抗水通道蛋白4抗体可用于免疫组化。该抗体还可用于免疫细胞化学、蛋白质印迹和流式细胞术应用。
生化/生理作用
使用2μl/mll的兔抗AQP4作为一抗,对使用GFP-AQP4转染的HEK-293细胞进行免疫沉淀和蛋白质印迹分析。
外形
从含有1%牛血清白蛋白和0.05%叠氮化钠的磷酸盐缓冲盐水(pH 7.4)中冻干。
