应用
本品可用作蛋白质电泳的标记物（~45kDa）。它已被用于构建哮喘的动物模型。白蛋白被用作EliCell测定中细胞培养基，用于检测由嗜酸性粒细胞释放的细胞因子。它被还用于测试 在子宫内输注初乳后胎猪的肠道大分子吸收。
