1-氨基环丙烷羧酸(ACC)是一种部分激动剂,作用于N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸盐(NMDA)受体甘氨酸调节位点上。ACC是植物激素乙烯的生物合成前体。此外,它在植物发育中起着至关重要的作用。ACC在大鼠和小鼠中表现出抗惊厥、抗焦虑、抗成瘾、神经保护和抗抑郁样作用。ACC不影响记忆或学习过程。
