应用

2,2'-叠氮化合物-双（3-乙基苯并噻唑啉-6-磺酸）已被用作 ELISA 实验中的过氧化物酶底物。该底物得到绿色可溶性最终产物。它也被用来作为一种胶体制剂散布在标准的培养基平板上，以评估木质素的氧化活性。底物呈绿色显示微生物漆酶活性。
