一般描述

应用
为了检测小鼠血清中的Ga1缺陷型IgA1抗体，可在96孔板中使用血清进行ELISA检测，其中，血清与生物素化HAA（结合IgA1）一起孵育。然后将HRP偶联的亲和素与血清在37℃孵育40分钟。
亲和素-过氧化物酶已被用于检测抗5-溴脱氧尿苷（抗BrdU）结合和OVA-IgG1。
