生化/生理作用
3-氨基丙腈(β-氨基丙腈(BAPN))可作为赖氨酰氧化酶(LOX)的不可逆抑制剂,而赖氨酰氧化酶(LOX)是参与胶原交联的一种酶。
在哺乳动物中,3-氨基丙腈的代谢会导致氰离子的释放。代谢活性集中在肝微粒体部分,并被认为是通过自由基途径进行的。
