一般描述
亲和素是来自于蛋清的同源四聚体蛋白(68kDa)。这种蛋蛋白质与生物素高度结合。因此,亲和素生物素结合已被用于免疫检测,以检测组织中的抗原定位。亲和素-生物素免疫检测的使用增强了该技术的灵敏度并改善了对低含量抗原的检测。
应用
为了确定 IgG 制剂中孢子中存在的标记多克隆 IgG 的含量。在 300nm 处过量使用已知浓度的 FITC 抗生物素蛋白(来自蛋清和生物素-IgG 抗生物素蛋白)。
