生化/生理作用

蘑菇的主要有毒成分鬼笔鹅膏可抑制真核细胞RNA聚合酶II和III,但不抑制RNA聚合酶I或细菌RNA聚合酶。抑制哺乳动物蛋白合成。

注意

当避光冷冻保存两年后,通过HPLC可发现保留的样品大于99%。

重悬

以1 mg/ml的分装储备液冻存在-20°C。 反复冻融也不会降解。 仅在使用前再用适当的缓冲液进行稀释。产品会被浓酸或碱所破坏。
